I don't know if you'll all agree, but I've really been on a roll the past 24 hours, and have registered some surprisingly available generic names through my magical word-association powers (available to any interested parties for a price!).

First these, which I found by starting with this thread (you can sort of see the thought process, as they're in the order I checked them):

PropertyOwners.mobi (much better OVT than LandOwner, and great Google results)
Assessors.mobi
TaxAssessor.mobi
TaxAssessors.mobi
TaxAssessment.mobi
Repossess.mobi
RiskAssessments.mobi
CareerAssessment.mobi

And then these today:

SafeDepositBox.mobi
SafeDepositBoxes.mobi

Not too bad, I think...

Most of the time, is to find potential buyers. The length of the name sometimes really matters too but not always a must. For my landowner.mobi is a prize from other which is worth more than a reg fee. I delighted for that. By the way, hope you can find a good deal for your propertyowners.mobi.
