Difference between these ad networks

What's the difference between Mediashakers, Oridian, Bannerconnect, etcetc. They all have the same interface by RightMedia.

Are they ad brokers? Do they have the same advertisers?

Yes, but do they all have the same advertisers? I can login to my Mediashakers from another company's "my.advertiser.com" page...
