Dictation Marks (Arabic)

ok another arabic question here:
Im confused about dictation marks, should i included them when regging a name, is it the same code for the name with and without it? what about hamzas say a word has alif with hamza should i type it as hamza or alif? i mean which are people more naturally going to type

It depends on the name.

The Hamzas + Others are OK, but don't get the accent marks.

but ok say i buy a name that begins with alif and i want to protect it what is to stop someone from registering the name with an alif and a kasra and as a link it looks almost identicial, َor would they in fact be the same name and someone wouldnt be able to register the name with the dictation mark. if dictation marks are allowed when registering it kinda throws a curve ball then doesnt it, will seem hard to appear unique?
do you think people will bother to type an alif with hamza since it requires a shift
or will they just type the alif
do your names currently have any traffic that you are basing your answer on?

Don't get names with accent marks
