It's another meaningless keyword + keyword domain.
Who would buy it? A startup or online service?
For what? To create a website of review for what devices?
There are thousands of devices, they change fast, and ratings get outdated.
Besides, it would need a huge amount of work to collect data for such a site.
What does the word device mean?
Vacuum cleaner? Smartphone? Portable washing machine?
Today, everything is a device.
And who will write all the reviews? The site owner?
Most people only leave reviews when they are angry or frustrated.
It’s just one of those domains that pass from domainer to domainer.
Just because it has 2 "good" keywords.
But the domain is meaningless and useless, it's "value" is artificial.
If anyone buys such a domain, it will be another domainer-dreamer.
The domainer who will think the same way: good keyword + good keyword.
And after a few years with no offers, he will sell it to another naive domainer or will drop it.
Such domains are moving from one domainer to another for years.

Appreciate the detailed analysis- before registering my thought process was to develop something in Device comparison i.e. gsmarena purpose being affiliate website authority source of guidance where users choose their device irrespective of its anything in electronics. I'm not concerned on it being too generic what I see potential in is - it clearly states what it does I took view of 10-15 users who are not into domaining and they were able to clearly state what this domain should be all about.

So I'm positive on this note where if no one is picking this I will develop this. I hope once vision is involved/there is live users people see value in it.

As it's hand reg- 6 dollar i don't see a lot of downside holding this.

Do you understand how you’re going to build this site? People usually leave reviews on the official product website, on the platform where they bought it, or on big review platforms that already have traffic and reputation. Most reviews are written when something went wrong.

So who is going to leave reviews on your site? How will they even find it if it doesn’t show up in search results? To make it work, you would need an authoritative website. But to become authoritative, you need an index and traffic. And you won’t get traffic until you’re authoritative and visible in search. It’s a closed circle.

Do you realize how much work this would require? You would need thousands of devices. New devices appear constantly. While you’re adding one, 10 more are released. Where will you get reviews for old devices? Will you write them yourself? For how long can you realistically keep that up?

Now I see why you are saying that, it's very much logical and makes sense to me. It will be tough to self publish and main thing keeping up with it for long time consistently and with trend.
