Hi there,
I'm currently creating templates to sell, i created this one for a Development/Design/Portfolio site, although it can accommodate various other types of content (multiple pages), i have filled it with some content of my own just to give you a feel of how it can look.

The example is not coded, it is just an screenshot i uploaded, (100%), further examples can be provided upon request.
