I am selling ReligionsOnline.info.
Its a well developed 1.5 years old forum with 80 members and about 2700 posts. It also have complete introduction on world's major religions and complete text of holy books. I developed this site as a hobby but now I have not much time to manage it. About 3-4 months ago this site was having 100-150 uniques per day but traffic went down as I was not attending it.
The complete site runs under ASP + SQL SERVER database. About 5-6 months are left for hosting fee paid for one year.
