Established Auction: 11 developed websites & 8 great domains for sale

I'm putting a number of my developed websites as well as domains up for sale. Lets make it an auction, starting prices have been brought out in each case. BIN for each site is 30% higher (in couple of cases, might be higher). Websites and/or domains can also be bought altogether for a big discount.
Note that the traffic in all cases is rather small.

Just to add, I have 2 more sites for sale.

Investingexperience.com, PR3 (most datacenters already show PR5), 3200 registered users, around 70-100uniques/day & 300-800 pageviews/day. Site earns currently ca $200/mo from static text links and ca $100/mo from adsense. Note that even though I haven't worked with the site for couple of months, the revenues are still the same.

The site has thousands of stocks in the db that are updated lots of time during a day, competitions, articles, forums, blogging option, etc.

Note that thanks to the updates etc it takes a lot of server resources, thus it's suggestable that you have your own server where you keep your other sites as well, as on shared server it most likely takes more than the allowed 5% of server resources.

All together the site is doing good, but has a lot more potential.

Asking price is $5000.
