GTAChat.com is an established Grand Theft Auto forum.

*The site has been online since June of 2004.
*Link Pop of 938 according to Marketleap.com.
*Google PageRank 3
*1427 Posts in 256 Topics by 168 Members
*Receives 10-15 uniques a day on average.
*Listed in Yahoo!, MSN, and Google.
*Custom-modified forum skin.

The domain is registered at DNDepot.com until June 13th, 2006. Included in the sale is one month of hosting. Due to a glitch in stats programs, I do not have statistics for the period of August 7th-December 1st. These were lost during the transfer to my current host. Ad space is rented to a friend of mine, so I am unsure of adsense stats.

Looking for offers.

Hello,
What price are you look for, low, mid or high, $XX or $XXX?
Also, will Alpha Male, robert and SabreHstng keep posting on the site or, are they leaving?
Is you friend going to keep the ad space? If so what does he pay?
Sorry for the question. Thanks and have a goon one.

Looking for whatever I can get. I would love $xxx, however I get the feeling that high $xx is more likely.
As far as who will remain, the only person I can speak for is myself. I have no issue sticking around, it is really up to you.
As far as the ad space is concerned, the deal with my friend covers many of my sites. Not to speak for him, however I doubt that he would be interested in an additional agreement. IMO, you are better setting up your own adsense if possible.
