Hey NamePros,
I would like to say that my developed gaming site ( www.ds-portal.net ) DS Portal is up for sale. On average, it receives 500 uniques daily. For google adsense revenue, it receives 15 clicks daily on average (showing proof is against the TOS). It also has a developed forum base (over 100 users) with IPB installed. I will also throw in the PSD of the planned Version 4 of the site (preview at www.ds-portal.net/test). The domain expires on the 16th August 2006, while the hosting expires in November (hosted with Skyhoster, 70 gigs of bandwidth and 2 gigs of space). I will not set a price, but over 500$ is preferable.
