Dev or Parking and hoping?

Quick question here:

With TLC's new show "Big Medicine" on the horizon (Starting next week), i wonder what i should do with www.bigmedicine.TV

Currently the domain is parked and doesn't generate a single click, this may change once the show is launched. So, here's my question:

Leave it parked and see where it goes OR develop?
However, if developing, which direction should i go? Blog, Forum, other stuff? I'm at a total loss of ideas here, any help is appreciated!
