domain Detroit.net and Top50Apps.com

Hello and thank you in advance for your time and valued expertise. There are two domains I would like some advice about:

Top50Apps.com - I currently have this up for auction on Flippa with lots of people watching so I am hoping for some last hours interest. I am unsure on a Buy It Now Price to set but it is a 16 year aged .com related to apps so I see some value in its age particularly since smart phone apps as we know them didn't exist back then so it would be rare to find such an aged app related .com domain

Detroit.net - I have just acquired, aged 19 years and PR3. Not sure of value of .net Geo domains but Detroit attracts roughly 700,000 searches/mth on Google and I believe will not be difficult to find an end user.

Any views are greatly appreciated.

Reseller on Detroit.net is probably Mid $X,XXX - Low $XX,XXX.

I own some pretty good GEO.net and they are not fast end user sales.

Nice name...

I'm sure you can sell this domain in the five figure range to an end-user. This may require you holding onto the name for years until an end-user comes knocking though. Can be a while as Brad indicates.

But if you looking for a quick flip to a reseller, you are probably looking at the four figure range.
