Designer Wanted

I'm looking for a designer/coder to be able to create a PSD and XHTML code the main theme for v2 of our Censura PHP application.

Please contact me via this site (PM or email) with details of your experience and portfolio.

You must be willing to sign and NDA and rights-transfer. We will require copyright and rights to the design.

We require a design for the main homepage, and also the product/vendor details subpages.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to work to a tight deadline
• Fluent in English and be able to communicate via MSN
• Be able to code valid XHTML and CSS with tableless designs
• Knowledge of SMARTY template engine desirable but not essential as we can adapt the XHTML to fit into the SMARTY system
