Hi all,
I'm currently looking for a designer that's an 'all-rounded' if you will. All graphical work, Templates, Logos, Banners, so on and so forth will be needed alongside XHTML & CSS implementations (No Tables).
I currently work as a programmer and I rarely have time to design templates and such to accompany my scripts and projects. Even then, when I do have time, I'm quite the perfectionist and prefer to work to someone else's standards/specifications (I'm unbelievably indecisive when it comes to decisions relating to colours, layouts, so on).
I envisage this to be a partnership more than a one-off job. As long as my cash flow stays... flowing; I'll continue project after project, each needing a template, logo, banners etc. Hence, why I'm looking for a reliable designer that has a fair amount of experience (Inc. VBulletin, PHProxy) and has the creativity needed to create innovative designs.
Though i am saying that this is continuing work, I assure it wont be day after day, probably not even week after week on occasions. More than probably the occasional large project that i need graphics for, every few weeks or so. I am only posting this as continuing work as I prefer to work with one designer, rather than one for each different project. Just so I know how people work, assurances as to deadlines and quality etc etc.
Regarding the actual designing, I normally provide example similar websites that I like the look of, then perhaps colour preferences, general feel and layout etc etc. From there on in, creativity is needed and innovation is needed. I will also require templates to be fully XHTML coded, without tables, and so the ability to code to CSS and XHTML standards is a definite need.
Payment wise, (Paypal) I'm not really sure - so i'll need base quotes and such.
Please PM me with example work, and why you think I should choose you, alongside rough pricing for templates (alongside logos, banners & the XHTML/CSS tableless coding of aforementioned templates).
Sorry for the above rambling, perfectionism shining though again :yell:
Thanks for reading
,
Flubb.
