Would like the first two similar to this one:

Steady work for the right person as I am working with 450+ sites. Slowly learning programming but my strength is more in sales, so I would like to concentrate my effort in that area.

Please PM with cost estimates and samples of work. Experience with blogs and forums would also be helpful. The goal is to create a number of templates that can easily be customized for several sites. Many are grouped -- legal, loans, sports, pets, medical, kids. A variety.
