Looking at SERPs, it looks like no one searches for these exact words.
If it was nameideas, it would be useful.
I would say the value is RegFee to low $xx.

The interest graph you posted is from SERPs full of sites w/ baby names. Pretty hard to monetize.
Also, you find a lot of sites with business naming or brand naming services.
This is a great space for a domainer to create a business.

However, getting in the naming / branding market demands that you have a superlative name / brand for yourself.
To me, IdeasNames is not superlative. IdeaNames, yes. NameIdeas, maybe.

It may seem like little to no difference to a non-native English speaker.
But it is the fatal difference when it comes to the nuances of branding.
