You have to be careful about price. Lots of time the lower costing ones aren't the best at support and uptime, although everyone these days boast that theirs is. Check out dediwebhost.com. They purchase servers off of me so I know that their hardware is reliable. Tell them that I referred you to them and they might even work something better out for you.

Maybe this is a good one: http://www.giga-international.com it's a German company... my business partner from Germany said that they are exelent with support and other things, and they have awesome prices, maybe i will in the future buy one of them.

Currently i have one of fdcservers.com and they are exelent (super fast support).

Good luck,

I use layeredtech.com and they are great but found out they don't have ddos protection. I found that out this month but I managed to stop the attacks or my server admin did. They are very good I am in the savvis datacenter not sure about there new one.

what do you mean they don't have DDoS and they manage to stop the attack?

they have some sort of dedicated personnel to provide security ?

are you not recommending not to host with them?

your infos are highly appreciated...

I notice that no one mention about midphase.com. I'm with them for years and they provide excellent customer service. I mean they answer me within 30 minutes after I post some questions in their secure customer support forum.

Also they provide generous bandwidth. I got 1500 Gig of bandwidth / month. Their price is average too. If anyone know a better than midphase in terms of hardware, bandwidth, softwares, and cost, let me know so I can use their service. But I stick with midphase for now, and have stick with them for years.

Hey,
For low-cost dedicated servers, I've ended up using options when I needed something cheap but usable.
One that came up for me was DedicatedCore; they had some basic Ryzen boxes with NVMe storage and enough bandwidth for light workloads at pretty reasonable monthly rates, especially in their US spots.
DomainRacer has similar entry-level dedicated plans that keep the cost down while giving decent specs for simple tasks.
That said, I always start with a short-term rental to check actual performance, uptime, and how the support feels in practice. So, depending on what you're running with the usage, like storage needs, bandwidth, or specific applications fits without wasting money.
