I just had to share this:
I applied at Domainadvertising.com because I wanted to test them out and see how they compared to other companies. I was denied withing an hour of submitting my application. I wrote them back and asked as to why I was denied and this is the response they gave me:
We had a word with the sales team and figured out that there could be multiple reasons as to why an Application could be rejected.
Some of the common reasons have been cited below:
- Quality of domain samples during signup
- Inconsistent information provided during signup
- Customer history/Domain History
Note, that these are only some reasons and there could be multiple reasons why an Application could be rejected.
Now, let me be clear, I am not saying they are a bad parking company. I don't have any facts to back that up.
What I do find funny is they based their judgement of my portfolio on 10 or 20 domain names. I have over 1000 names and I think it's funny that they only take those into consideration.
Another thing, I have never had a history with them so not sure how that could be a factor.
I.M.O this is a bad business practice and I'm sure they have turned away good portfolios based on this.
