MARS: The icecaps of Mars noticeably melted just within one year, causing 50-percent changes in surface features. Atmospheric density had risen by 200 percent above previous observations as of 1997.
JUPITER: Jupiter has become so highly energized that it is now surrounded by a visibly glowing donut tube of energy in the path of the moon Io. The size of Jupiter’s magnetic field has more than doubled since 1992.
SATURN: Saturn’s polar regions have been noticeably brightening, and its magnetic field strength increasing.
URANUS: According to NASA’s Voyager II space probe, Uranus and Neptune both appear to have had recent magnetic pole shifts – 60 degrees for Uranus and 50 for Neptune .
NEPTUNE: Neptune has become 40 percent brighter in infrared since 1996, and is fully 100-percent brighter in certain areas. Also, Neptune ’s moon Triton has had a “very large percentage increase” in atmospheric pressure and temperature, comparable to a 22-degree Fahrenheit increase on Earth.
PLUTO: As of September 2002, Pluto has experienced a 300-percent increase in its atmospheric pressure in the last 14 years, while also becoming noticeably darker in color. "
This is likely related to the Precession of The Equinoxes IMO, which occurs on 21 December 2012, a 'cycle' which happen every 26,000 years. The planets form a 'Cosmic Cross' and it's been encoded in all the worlds Great Religions. I figure somebody was trying to tell us something from experience of the previous cycle, otherwise why bother encoding it for such far off future generations?
Now, parroting it's "manmade" and thinking we can stop what's going to happen, is the equivalent of sacrificing virgins to try and stop the Moon swallowing the Sun during an eclipse. It even seems now that we are not part of the Milky Way anymore - if we ever were! In other words, there is some major MAJOR mojo taking place in the heavens right now. It's awesome!

Here's an interesting database on 2012 for those interested, with various information from myriad cultures and modern science. Once you've got rid of the whacky "channeled" stuff, and the obviously wrong, you are still left with a significant number of intriguing matches. The consensus seems to be split between a catastrophic occurence that'll wipe most of us out (Peru prophecies are big on that) and civilizations have to start up again, or some kind of "spiritual transformation" (The Maori think the 'Veil' between this world and the next will be removed and the dimensions will merge) and even the science points to some kind of magnetic pole flip as a real possibility:

I'm keeping my eye on Peru at the moment: The Great Cross At Hendaye in France has recently been decoded and suggests the Northern Hemisphere will be "tried by fire" around the time of the Equinox. The Caves at Cuzco in Peru are suggested as a haven. There is also a matching cross at Cuzco with the same alchemical symbols. Nobody seems to have picked up on that meteor that fell on Peru recently, and is baffling scientists. Made over 200 people sick. 'Wormwood' from Revelations has been associated with some kind of meteor or planet, so might be something to that. Or not.

There is apparently a 36 year 'window' when the planets align to form this Galactic Cross, so it might be
from 21 December 2012 that whatever is gonna happen - if anything - will occur. Some of the Native American tribes give 2011 to 2014, but the bulk of the dating seems to be 2012. The (current) Mayans themselves are getting a bit pissy at people claiming they say it's a literal 'end'. They say the world will simply be "transformed" on this date, which is very different. Although strictly speaking, that would be the end of our world as we now know it. *shrug*
We certainly live in interesting times!
