How are people pricing dashes.com vs. .com these days. What is the percentage?

For example, Miami-Hotels.com vs MiamiHotels.com

Estibot seems high on the dashes to me.

Estibot gives search results for the keywords, regardless of dashes. Nobody searches miami hotels with a dash, but the domain with the dash is an affordable alternative for a web developer.

All I know is im seeing allot of "Dash" domains out there now..Ads,Vehicles ect... And you don't need to search a specific term anymore with or without a dash. It will show up in the search anyways if properly developed.
