Which of the above has worked best for you in terms of sales and offers.

I see Dan and Epik have clean landers, still inputs from experts is highly appreciated.

Dan /epik (both good )
If domain registrar epik, preferred epik ( because no hidden charges , no extra work ;auto push buyer account ).
Just I noticed sedo added a processing fee 3%
