The appraisals that I have had are all over $1500.
Where can I get a REAL appraisal at? 99.9% of all the sites most people use dont actually get manually appraised even though they say different.

I don't think that 1500$ is a realistic value at the moment.
Right now the domain only IMO is arround 50$ at best case.
Developed with traffic you might get the pointed 1500$, but it will be a bit difficult, unless you have qualified traffic.

You may set up a forum for web master help/emergency cases to increase value ?
