It's time for someone to take over my 6 year established custom bike website which is making over $3,000 a month.

It receives over 40,000 unique visitors a month...with some marketing this could be much higher!

It has top search engine listings

Number 1 on Google, Yahoo & MSN for Custom Bike and thousands more search queries which people actually search for!

I don't have the time to develop this site like it deserves in the growing custom bike industry.

I haven't touched it for over a year now and the traffic and profits keep coming in.

100% search engine, repeat and related website traffic...no cost for anything apart from the $39.95 a month hosting fee I pay.

I have received offers of over $30,000 for the site so far but won't be in any rush to sell it for this amount. I might aswell keep it on auto-pilot in the background for another year to make that sort of money.

You can see stats of traffic and income for this month so far, April and March here - http://www.custombike.org/stats.html -

If you are interested in taking over CustomBike.org then PM me your offer or questions.

This is a very nice site, we link to it from our site, I wish I could afford it!

Thanks for the comments...

What's your web address? I'll add a link for you in return if I haven't already done so.

It'll be a shame for this site to sit in the background amongst some of my older sites when the custom bike industry is exploding across the world!

Through it's high search engine rankings and 6 year establishment this site could be playing a huge part in the custom bike industry...I haven't touched the surface with it's potential and there's got to be a business or developer out there who see's its potential and wants to get in on this expanding market.

How did you build the content for the website?

The site was bignutsracing.com :)

Ya I would definately be on top of picking up the site from you...I just do not have the funds.

Best of luck my friend!

The content is built like this...

Thre is 6 forums, 6 galleries, over 500,000 motorcycle parts from eBay and suppliers, Over 5,000 bikes for sale, split between type of bike and manufacturer and more...

Where's the bulk of the income come from?

Just as a heads up, you would want to be careful about the sponsored links image next to adsense ads, giving it extra attention. It's against the TOS and can getya banned.

Best of luck with the sale.

Thanks for the TOS warning...the image was placed there under the knowledge that it wasn't actually violating google rules down to it being called a sponsored link (which is under their regulations)...it has been removed though...I understand the risk of this now and for what it's worth..no extra revenue...it's a risk not worth taking so it has been removed. Thanks.

As to where the bulk of the revenue comes from...you can see stats here - http://www.custombike.org/stats.html -

As you will see...Google adsense is around $2,000 a month and from eBay parts, bikes and registrations plus Bike Bandit, Ride Gear , JC Whitney and Eastwood parts sales..another $1,000+ is made from that.

It's making around $3,000 - $4,000 a month without no outgoings/advertising costs or effort.
