Why am I selling?
I have owned this site for a long time and I don't have any spare time or inspiration to put into developing it.

I've got alot of other projects which are taking up my time and money and would like to sell this on to someone who see's the current value and potential value in it if some work was to be done.

With little promotion and a few ideas properly integrated into this established site I know the profit could be over $10,000+ a month...It was over $4,000 in March, $3,000 last month and I didn't look at it, and haven't touched it for over a year now!

This sale will run until I find a serious offer.

I have just moved hosting servers and i'm trying to recall my traffic stats at the minute...hopefully i'll be able to provide proof of traffic by tomorrow...

As for 10k, I was looking more in the mid to high $xx,xxx! Websites are normally valued on what they earn in a year X 2 or so...that's normally when they have been marketed heavily and are creating the top end of their potential income...

This site hasn't been marketed for over a year and it's basic income is very basic to what it could be if heavily promoted and developed!

If you are still interested then i'll PM you some traffic stats and set you up to access live stats hopefully by tomorrow...and i'll get some proof of the income at the same time.

I'm looking for mid - high $xx,xxx for this site

With a bit of time spent developing it would be quite easy to turn the income into 6 figures a year.

I have quite a bit of interest for this site and I am gathering the screenshots of traffic stats, income etc...so I can send it out to everyone by tomorrow.

I'll be honest with you Robert so I don't waste your time & you don't waste yours...I have received some offers for over $50,000 for this site so far and I haven't accepted anything yet because i'm looking for more.

I have had the site evaluated to the market and have been told that the absolute lowest price to a developer for this site is $60,000 - to a business who knows the value of its established name, traffic and search engine listings...this is low xxx,xxx.
