I'm selling a custom built web site for a domain reseller using the popular domainseller pro script from prophp.com and a great domain reseller domain name: Domster.com.
The site is new and custom built for sale. It offers comprehensive domain selling functionality and is used by practically every domain reseller on the internet. It is very popular and works well. I have customized the script to fit it into this design and added some extra pages for the buyer to use as they please: Resources, Partners, About and a Contact form. The site is built using include files for the content, so it is very easy for the buyer to customize these pages including the home page content without having to deal with any php code. I also added a blank template file so new pages can be added if you wish to do so easily and those pages will keep the same look as the rest of the site.
The design is a custom design and is not a template. It was built for this project and the buyer gets exclusive rights to the design. There is no other design like it and it will not be resold again. Buyer will get the Photoshop PSD files for the design.
The buyer will have to purchase a license for the domain seller pro script for this site. It is not included in the sale. If you already have a license you do not need to buy another one. The license can be purchased directly from ProPHP.com (RJ over at Namepros.com) for $75. Or, I can get you a license for $60 from RJ.
Hosting is not included with the site. However, I can host the site for you on my dedicated server for $3.99 per month which gets you 100 MB space and 1 GB transfer - more than enough for the site. The hosting will have to be paid thru a PayPal subscription. If you want to pay for a whole year, I will give you 1 month free. But, you can host it on any *nix host you want. I also include instructions on how to setup the site on your host.

I am selling this for the highest offer starting at only $250. I will run this sale for a week and the highest offer 1 week from now will get the site and the domain name. This is being advertised in multiple places so I will post the highest offer to date as they come in. Payment via PayPal is preferred.
Last time I posted one of these sites for sale, everybody wanted to buy the domains listed.
These domains are only examples. The product being sold here is the domain Domster.com and the custom web site.
