Domain rental script

I am looking for someone to create a script or modify an existing script (i.e. drupal, joomla, wordpress, etc...).

I have cPanel + Fantasico de luxe.

This is a coding job. A layout/graphical aspect is not needed.

- users able to register to post domains for rent
- users able to delete/edit rental domains
- user profiles which include: list of domains for rent, contact information
- ability to view profiles and domains without signing up
- front page with table-like display of latest domains up for rent
- table headers will include: name, availability, price, frequency, whether it's also for sale
- ability to sort through domains for rent by: poster, price, availability, letter-count

- no payment processing is necessary
- no private messaging is necessary

This is a website to connect those with domains for rent with potential "renters".
