Curiosities and Oddities are a growing area of businesses, but the words have a broad meaning otherwise and therefor branding applicability. Any value here?

I would say $800 each

No value because they don't match the TLD at all. Sure someone could develop a site on either of these and do OK if they owned them already. But as an investment they are worthless because the renewal fees will eat you alive before anyone pays you a significant amount of money for either.
