Thinking it has applicability to both the tshirt and golf industries.

I was also thinking of holding it and developing it into aerial photography/videography business for golf courses.

Seems very niche, however from what I'm getting if you develop it into what you're thinking, you might bring in the necessary views for revenue. Golf has a very devoted following so while in itself this isn't much, you could make it into something. I don't think it's too relevant to t-shirts as they are not colloquially referred to as tees.
