.RS is a Serbian ccTLD. Having a friend who owns an actual cigar factory and well known brand, I can confidently say that I believe there is no little end user value on this. I think domain hacks are best left for tech-related products/services, if any.

It's all a guess anyways, nobody can predict or knows the true value of a domain name until it sells.

I'm just giving you my opinion as a domainer and web developer. Search results will be targeted to Serbians- not globally. I also, unbiasedly, asked my friend what he thought of the domain. His response was, that "it looked spammy". He also has a high end cigar lounge and since his brand name is whats "known" in the cigar community, and what he wants to push, he sees no need for it.

I updated my original answer. I shouldn't have said "no" end user value. There's a buyer for everything. I should have said I think you'll have a really tough time finding a buyer. Maybe you'll find 1 person who'll pay what you think it's worth - and that's all you need. Either way, best of luck.
