Adobe's creative suite 5 was released now too long ago and CS6 will be coming out soon, tell me your appraisal.

Adobe will eat you up! Forget about this.. Get rid of it soon..
Do not mention Adobe when your asking for appraisals.. Most us us know what the domain means..

Why adobe can't do anything to the domain even if they do tm it there is tens of thousands of creative suite domains mostly blogs and tuts.

Well it all comes down to whether you want to take the risk, but there is definitely a TM issue, especially if you are going to use it for anything to do with their product. It could be more of a liability than an asset.

I would pay $50-100 for it, but only if there was lots of other domains using Adobe's trademarks, because that shows Adobe aren't interested in suing.

Don't worry adobe isn't suing i'm pretty sure they own the trademark for photoshop and I would bet my life that there is at least 10k domains which have the work photoshop in it just search "photoshop tutorials" or something along those lines and you can see for yourself
