Cryptos.ltd:

I know it's not a preferred extension (at all), but it's a strong keyword. Appraisal?

Suggestion for best approach to selling?

Thanks.

Similarly, I also have: scuba.ltd, selfies.ltd, rockandroll.ltd, Jerusalem.ltd, exercise.ltd

Crypto.ltd - An easy low thousands ...however, with the plural like yours ...hard hitting, in my view. The full "Cryptos Limited / Cryptos Ltd" isn't so desirable in comparison to "Crypto Limited / Crypto Ltd" ...however, I would suggest sticking it on the market anyway, offers accepted

Scuba.ltd - Not bad, fair shot at high hundreds, or more (pretty sweet for a Scuba Diving company running under "scuba.ltd")

...I'm going to pass on exercise.ltd, as exercise is the physical part of the thing you do ...bit like calling a TV thing "staring.ltd" ...sucks a bit branding something like that with "Limited"

Not a fan of ".ltd" ...tricky. I reckon holding "scuba.ltd" / "cryptos.ltd" is fair, the others not thrilled

Hi @silberman

Let me start with this. I'm not a huge fan of the .ltd extension, and would not invest in it myself soon. But don't let this be an advice to invest, or not to invest, in anything :xf.smile:

Fact is: you have a great plural keyword left of the dot.

After doing some quick research, I noticed that the following domains related to your plural "Cryptos" domain exist in the same .ltd TLD:
(I don't like any of these domains, but that's not relevant here)

While Crypto is often a better choice, Cryptos is still strong in any TLD. For this term, even when it makes less sense combined with the .ltd TLD. It may be used as an upgrade for qualitatively less strong domains, e.g. domains with hyphens, really long domains, or mediocre domains in all extensions. It's in the eye of the beholder. There are Ltds with Cryptos in their company name as well.

I would personally price this domain with a BIN price of USD 5,500 to USD 7,500, and perhaps adjust price as time goes by. You may price higher and see if it works out. Please note that I'm not a quick domain flipper, and my strategy is to hold domains longer. I have a larger portfolio, and I'm less dependent on the sale of one particular domain name.

You know, appraising domains is not a hard science, even if it's hard to do. Let my words be of inspiration to price your domain, especially the thought process.

Good luck selling.
