It's good keyword, bad extension coupled with the keyword.
Should have some potential though for tourists coming from another country.
As for value ... I'm not that familiar with the dot MX to name any figure.

Likewise, not entirely sure on the mx market. Had a browse at a few previous domain sales with mx and it doesn't look too bad. But as you said possibility it could be beneficial to tourists.

I like your domain, Mexico population is 121M and the tourism industry is very important (Acapulco, Cancun, etc). It think that your domain could be usefull for a website of ratings and reviews of hotels in Mexico. And it could be monetized by reservation fees or adsense ads, don't you think?
