Do you think the emergence of Cryptocurrencies has devalued the Domaining Industry?

Have would be Domain investors turned to Cryptocurrency?

Nope it's intensified the domain industry big time.

Noone getting started today should choose domains over cryptocurrencies. There is just way too much opportunity and liquidity in the latter compared to the former.

A domain forum is probably not the best place to ask this question. :)

IMO, prime domains are a more solid investment. Regulations, massive fluctuations and pyramid schemes (ex. Bitconneeecccctttttt :xf.wink:) have steered me away from Crypto.

Don't get me wrong, I have done several transactions via Crypto and I hope it is here to stay for the long haul. It seems like Crypto has lost a lot of steam compared to Q4 of last year, but perhaps it will rebound.

Yeah, I knew this post wouldn’t get a lot of love but I’m not one for burying my head in the sand if things are taking a turn for the worse.
