A lot.
Disgrace to see a name like that with no effort put into it. It has the potential to earn a heckuva lot more, although I'd imagine it's earning OK now.

"Credit Card" is in the top handful of possible keyword domains.
The .COM would be worth millions.

It is difficult to price but I would put it in the Mid - High $XX,XXX range and possibly higher to the right end user.

What a Gem you got. Congrats... Well the .com version was sold for 2.75 millions in 2004 I think and now it is worth wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more.. So for .Net I would say atleast low $XXX,XXX.

I think you can develop an affiliate site on it and you can be making a lot more money. Some of the credit cards sign ups are over $70 a piece.

A lot.

so true, I see some domains that have been sold for 6 figures ( according to DNJournal.com) and they are parked pages what a waste. One of the worst example is Brazil.com, it is not even a parked page. Sold for $500K and doesnt even have a parked page since sold. I have checked it almost everyother day to see if the owner will atleast put a park page. Its been over a year and still no parked page or a website yet. Any money that is made is going to Godaddy.... Unless Godaddy owns the domain? :].

Being singular is a big problem. Kind of like how cars.com is probably worth a lot more than car.com.

If I had to guess.... $40k.

Tough one to call. Probably depends on income.

Thank you guys. Much appreciated!
It's being redirected to my main cc affiliate site. I don't have time to work on another CC site, but I will certainly do when I can. :)

@CamMK27, thanks for the info. That $2.x Million was for CreditCards.com

What a premium domain name, the extension also makes it much better, .net stands for network, so Credit Card Network will be the top of all. If i want to appraise i will look first on how much the .com sold. .com was sold for $2.x million, so my guess is High XX,XXX (70k - 85k+) atleast for this domain.

Goodluck. :)

With the right direction in SEO/branding/marketing, it's easily worth over ยฃ1 million!

Easily $xxx,xxx.

You could sell to 10 people in a day for $xx,xxx. It's worth more.

Very Sweet name although I'm not a fan of .nets

I think you would have to be a raving loony to sell it for any less than 6 figures, I'd be holding out for $150,000 + offers at least. ......for as many years as it takes.

Diy.net sold for $200,000 in 2007

CreditCards.net sold for $118,500 way back in 2006 although it does'nt look like its being put to very good use

:kickass:

What a great name! I wouldn't entertain offers below $200k, and wouldn't be surprised to see it sell for $500k-$1M or more in the coming years.

Yes you are right, thanks for the correction. But I think CreditCard.com is also owned by the same company so the point was about how valuable the domain is and should be put to a good use. Now that I see you have directed it to another site, I am glad to see. Another great site with an amazing domain.

Not really. Look at Fund.com sold for 9+ Mill. Loan.com is more valuable than Loans.com .. Same thing goes for Funds.com I think it all depends on the niche and the product or service.

I have some domains that I have plural and singular .coms and Some plural .coms are more valuable than singular and vice versa.

CreditCards.net was sold in 2006 for $118K, the plural is more valuable in this case, in this market right now with the new regulations in the credit card industry you are probably looking in the $80K range

Would say 30-40k.

The end of 2006 when the pural went was not far off the peak of the last boom. The .net market today is very weak. Those saying easily 6 figures etc, that is unrealistic. 6 figures would be an enduser buyer and a low probability sale.

Thanks a bunch guys! :)

Found another sale record.

Kreditkarte.net ("credit card" in German) Sold for โ‚ฌ10,000 = $14,100 via SEDO in June 2009.
