if you made this much in 4 days, provided that you didn't drive any traffic to them, i wouldn't even worry about the value and let these domains generate cash.
(I don't have much experience with .ec domains, hence the statement above)
If credit.ec keeps providing that sort of revenue when parked, you should definitely consider developing the site, look at the demographics and maximize the monetizing potential. A well developed site should generate substantially more than a parked site, and the resale value will also be much bigger.
I agree with Josh_1. However, if I knew I could get that sort of money every 4 days for a parked domain, I might as well just go and buy a few and park 'em all!!

I'm surprised by your numbers. I would not expect much traffic to that extension. Nonetheless, the domains have high payouts per click. Best of luck with them.
