All that's missing is traffic of some sort. If you already have a domain that receives this type of traffic, you will get indexed by the search engines pretty quickly.

This is a high paying keyword...

Is the articles text unique?

It comes with a keyword rich domain, but the only thing that is lacking is traffic. The articles come from some of the top article directories, and are not unique. I have received an offer of $50 which is a little too low. My target price range is low $$$
