Buying Credit Card Website OR Template

If website, preferably one that is set up for cardoffers.com.

1) Revenue or traffic can be zero.
2) Nice design needed. No second rate graphics or designs accepted.
3) Domain name not neccessary.

Good Example:
http://www.credit-land.com/ (A little "too busy" for my taste but this will give you an idea of the quality of graphics and design I want).

Acceptable example (but interested in better):
http://www.cardreviews.net/

Not Acceptable Examples:
http://www.wisecreditcards.com/ (even though this is a template offered by cardoffers.com ..I don't like it).
http://www.azcreditcards.com/ (design is too plain).
http://www.officialcreditcardworld.com/ (to cheap looking)

I won't put a number on my budget but it is what it takes to get what I want.
