Creative Commons Licenze

Hi i have an exam in a few days in Informatic law (including copyright and other things) and i can never remember a few thing: how are the three microsoft licences Permissive, Community and reference given?
What exactly is a GPL licence and what are Digital Right Managements?
I can't seem to get these things in my head.
Any help would be greately appreciated
