Creating A MYSQL Database???

O.k. I am trying to start an ArcadeGame Website, It has 50GB of space and is Hosted with Linux(I was told to use that for ArcadeGames). The People who sell the "PHPArcadeScript" told me that all i had to do was Create a MYSQL Database. O.k. I'm not even going to ask what that is but i want to know...Is it free? If not What does it cost? Where do i go?? Can i download it?? Where can i get it?? ect.. ect...After i get this i assume i should be able to follow the directions for the rest as the packing comes with thier installation. Thank You.....

Most hosting packages come with MySQL db. You should be able to find a way to create MySQL db in the control panel. If no, check with your webhost.

usually a decent web hosting provider can provide you with unlimited mysql database or it depends on the hosting account you bought. if you have cpanel, login to it and click on mysql database.

the best program to use is phpmyadmin

From the sound of it, he owns the server.

Hosting providers rarely sell 50GB of space to a single user.

yes they do...

log into cpanel if you have it, and click on SQL
if not, access your phpmyadmin
and you should be able to create dbs in there

HA HA HAAA, Thank you everybody and sorry for bieng such a DUMMY! LOL. Yeh, the MYSQL, was in the control panel of the hosting people. The thing is i just heard of the term for the first time about 2 or 3 days ago and i had no idea what it was(i still don't!) but it's cool now. I have to call them back tommorrow and they will finish the set up and then i guess i can buy the acadescript, follow the directions and come back on here and probably ask a few more questins and boom! i should be up and running. Thanks agian, everybody.......I'm giving everybody points.....best regards....
PS. do any of you sell arcadegame scripts i'm shopping around; or have a place you can recommend. thanks...
