question Create LLC for domain selling?

For you active domain flippers, do you create Wyoming LLC's or other LLC's/Corps for selling domains?

I live in California, but since domain selling is online/virtual, would creating a Wyoming LLC be worth it for domain buying and selling if you made over 40k a year?

Would love to hear first hand experience from those with LLC'S/ S or C Corps.
