You could move along two main avenues as I see it (regarding developing this domain): 1) a site for gambling or discussing craps, or 2) a site about people who have (or have had) the craps (maybe horror stories about those folks who had emergencies or who were in the loo for extended periods of time).

If you can sell the domain to a casino, you may be rewarded with a sale mid x,xxx to very low xx,xxx IMO. However, being that the .com isn't developed, you will have a little harder time moving the .net version for big bucks.

I don't see a significant value for this name with a .net extension even though it is short and snappy. For $10k I would want a poker or casino .com.
