Cpanel question!

I've got a question about Cpanel. May sound kinda stupid but, I'm not a wiz yet.

ok if u visit my site which really isn't anything yet....

you'll noticed its just an index of. Now the web hosting service that I'm using includes Cpanel. I know how to make an HTML document in Cpanel file manager and I know about the public html folder, now how do make it so when you goto www.attentionshift.com ..it goes to that HTML document...instead of this index of??? Thanks a lot friends, I appreciate any help given.

nevermind friends...someone in a chat room told,,and now i'm kicking myself for not knowing the answer because its too simple and i was expecting something more complex.

They should make that say you need to replace and/or overwrite this file or something. :D
