WOW.Shewww weeee! My wife woke up and said she heard somthing pretty good sized outside messing with our chickens,So i just went out there with my spotlight and 12 gauge,Bout the time i got out of my door,Here comes mr coyote full speed towads me,It was a coyote meeting a 000 buck shot right in the face.The coyote had to been rabid,Cause i've never had one charge me before. Needless to say i about wet my britches! lol...I deal with these critters all the time,And would never harm them except in cases like what just happened,Well except copperhead snakes,I waste them! lol...Wheeeeww that was close man.

First time in my life,And i've been around them all my life,I hardly could believe it,But i feel strongly that the coyote had rabbies or he would'nt have charged me like that.I've had a wolf run me up a tree,But never a coyote.

In east texas on 10 acres of land in the sticks.lol...But i love the nice quite peaceful living,Been living here since 1988 so i would'nt do well living in the city like dallas.To much crime and to much business going on in the cities these days.

Yea the coyote is history,It was a 12 to 14 foot away direct head and face hit,The coyote was gone before it even knew what happened,I shot it with a Winchester defender 12 gauge 18in barrel sawed off shotgun with 000 Buckshot.
