The new domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com and our new Top 20 chart sports eight 6-figure sales. The majority of domains sold in last month's Moniker.com/T.R.A.F.F.I.C. live and silent auctions finished changing hands this week (making them eligible for our charts). As a result, our new Top 20 is dominated by names that sold during those sales events (where conference attendees spent more than $5 million on domains). However, those weren't the only important sales. For example, Sedo.com closed a big six-figure sale this week as well.
.Net dominated the Global Contenders chart with 12 of 20 entries but a .mobi was number one and the new mobile extension placed five domains on the chart overall. The Country Code chart was topped by the 5th biggest ccTLD sale of the year - a domain representing Sweden's .se country code.
