I transferred some ORG's to you in the hope to renew cheaper, after I found out later you put higher price for renewal, very bad tactic, going to move them away.
If I knew you would do this I would not move them to you.

It's cheaper to cycle through registrars, it was 7 and some cents, was hoping to renew for 5 years all of them at once, but it was too late.

Well. I opened an account at Cosmotown. But I can't transfer any domains to them because their crazy contact update form will not accept my phone number. Does anyone here have experience with how to get their control panel to accept a phone number?

Their control panel shows these contradicting formats, neither of which work.

I finally got the phone number accepted. It turned out that I had it right, but their system was telling me it was wrong because a field on another page had it a different way.

Yes, certainly confusing that they require the stated format for domain contacts, but then a different format when entering a phone number for 2FA.
I also spotted a few spelling errors throughout the site, which never instills a heap of confidence, but I'll give them a go for a few domains and see how we get on.

In fact, a word of advice to the guys @ Cosmotown... When enabling 2FA, the system should send a test code to ensure that the entered phone number is correct/functional (since not all systems will successfully send messages to all international phones). I had to enable 2FA then hope for the best when logging back in. Fortunately it worked, but it would have been a bit painful to sort out if I didn't receive the code.

I tried yesterday to transfer a domain to you but no luck , are you still in business ? I'm used to buy domains in other places like namecheap , namesilo , godaddy. but your site is not like others /was not working for me as expected in fact I was not able to transfer my domain to you
please let me know what's wrong
