Cookies Problem?

I think there is something wrong with my cookies

whenever I update something in my forum , it takes me to the old one . it won't work unless i delete the cookies and cache.
i do that everytime.
this has now became a problem.


what could be the problem ? thanks

I use IE and Firefox. I think that has nothing to do with browsers.
