Serverside help please!!! Cookies

ok, I have this server running, it's source is all good and easy, and simple to mod... My only propblem is that it was published without cookies...

How would I be able to send cookie requests, and parse the responses?

NOTE: I coujldn't find this anywhere on the net...

What?!

I'm not sure what you mean by a cookie request/response other than setting and using cookies.
