Convert tables to css

I'm looking for someone to analyze the code on my site (contained within 5 separate php scripts) and recode based on proper css. As it is, I have nearly finished the header/footer in css but the content is all table based. This shouldn't be too much of a problem with someone with css knowledge. Php experience will also be helpful. Please pm thanks.
