Hello,
I already sent once a thread on this subject and Tjobbe and taheny gave pretty interessting suggestions. But I am still surching for more information. I found some threads on different CMSs - infact there are many! And I found many CMS on the net...
Does anybody know if there is any CMS that makes it possible that (e.g.) I download or purchase the CMS and offer to someone ("client") an interface that makes it possible to him to enter the internet site and carry out changements. The goal is to find a solution that works for the client without downloading or buying any programs??
For example Macromedias Contribute is really easy and not expensive, but the "client " has to purchase and download the program...

You mean like php nuke? Where you can edit everything server side?

if you download and install mambo, you can edit the template and with a little bit of kowledge te ciustomer can self-update. think thats your best solution, or even php nuke but i think that is fairly limited but i might be wrong!

it has a package for isp's
multiple users and permissions with the same database

I've been looking at typo3 for a few weeks now, and so far it looks excellent. While free, typo3 actually compares well even against commercial packages.
