I've started research into content management systems.....
I have a photo company, and am constantly uploading photos. While I'm will versed in web design. I know nothing about database develeopment or anything like that.
I'm wondering if phpnuke is something i should look into.
I'd like to set up something like the photo company on this page:

give users the ability to email photos to friends and add comments (not for ecommerce purposes)
Anyways, any thoughts would be appreciated....
