How do you go about it?

For instance, there is a Hong Kong based domain registration company that operates on the .net extension. I own the .com of their name (its a LLLL.com). I want to contact them, but their entire website is in Chinese.

I've tried Google translation, but its very very vague for Chinese websites.

So my question is. What do you guys do when you come across a potential end user who just doesn't speak the same language as you?

I've done this in the past, and my approach was to ask around on NP for a broker who speaks both english and the end-users language.
The sale didn't go through, so I can't provide a testament to the effectiveness of this method, but it seems the most logical move to me.

(btw I offered a 20% commission to the broker)

I've only been successful with this once. I place the name plus extension in the subject, something I rarely do. I had the name parked on Active Audience, which allows you to customize your title and domain name to your liking. I listed the price at
$500, left my paypal info in the "inquire about this domain" section and got "lucky".
